John Louis Home Return Policy

Return Policy & Restrictions

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In unused new condition returned within 45 days of purchase receive a refund.
  • Unused new condition items returned after 45 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
  • A 10% restocking fee is applied on all returns.
  • Return freight cost is at the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Valid for purchases from johnlouishome.com only.
  • If you have made a purchase from an online store other than johnlouishome.com, any returns or exchanges should be handled directly with that retailer.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

 

STEP 1: Initiate Return Request

To start a return, you can contact us at service@johnlouishome.com with your order number and the items you are requesting to return.

 

STEP 2: Approval

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email verifying your return request. All requests are responded to within 24 - 48 hours.

 

STEP 3: Shipping

We’ll send you a return shipping label. Return labels are sent to the customer by email and processed electronically. All return shipping is authorized for ground service only and is the cost of the purchaser.

 

STEP 4: Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, less a 10% restocking fee and return freight.

Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
